FAB PSI has large-capacity industrial facilities and a complete fleet of equipment allowing the realization of complex, large-scale manufacturing projects in compliance with the most demanding standards.

Our factory, specially equipped for heavy fabrication, assembly, welding, machining, and finishing of large-scale industrial equipment, allows us to manage several major projects simultaneously, while ensuring safe circulation and optimal operations control.

Material Processing and Forming Capacity

FAB PSI is equipped to work with thick and large-dimension materials thanks to high-performance equipment, including:

Industrial press brakes: 400-ton press brake (up to ¾” on 10′). Can bend thicker material over shorter lengths.

Rolling equipment: 18″ diameter CNC roll, capacity up to 2¾” x 10′.

Power rolls: 100-ton, 50-ton, and 25-ton rolls, variable speed.

High-Precision Cutting and Machining Capacity

To ensure great flexibility and high precision, FAB PSI is equipped with:

CNC Plasma Cutting Table: High definition, 5-axis head, 10′ x 40′ table with integrated milling head.

Oxy-fuel torch: Cutting capacity up to 7″ thick.

Machining equipment: Conventional milling machines (up to 25″ x 72″) and conventional lathes (up to 20″ x 60″).

Expertise in Welding and Specialized Fabrication

FAB PSI has recognized expertise in industrial welding, supported by:

Procedures and processes: More than 125 ASME-qualified welding procedures and more than 40 CWB procedures. Processes: GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, STT.

Heavy welding: Column-mounted submerged arc welder for heavy assemblies.

Pipe positioners: 5 rotating and tilting positioners to optimize execution quality.

Handling Capacity, Finishing, and Quality Control

To support the manufacturing of heavy and large-scale equipment, FAB PSI is equipped with:

Lifting equipment: Overhead cranes (1 of 5T, 1 of 10T, 2 of 15T, and 2 of 20T) and an outdoor forklift with a 17,000 lb capacity.

Blasting room: Large dimension of 45′ x 60′ with a high-performance particle filtration system.

Paint room: Large cabin of 45′ x 50′ (Air-Less, pressure pot, electrostatic processes) for the application of industrial epoxy paint and several other types of coatings.
