Jean-Noël Dubé

Project Director – Projects & Major Shutdowns

With 33 years of experience in the industrial sector, Jean-Noël leads, in collaboration with his high-performing teams, large-scale job sites for works outside construction decrees. Whether for repair, mechanical installation or replacement of tanks, piping and industrial lime kilns, he is the expert to help you achieve your projects and planned plant shutdowns.

DiDirector, Estimating and Major Projects

With 43 years of continuous industry experience, Mike has successfully completed numerous large-scale industrial projects and major plant shutdowns. He has extensive expertise in estimating complex industrial projects, including mechanical installations, storage tanks, and piping systems.

Robert Meunier

Director of Manufacturing Operations, Methods and Estimating

Robert ensures the supervision of production operations, the definition of workshop fabrication methods and the preparation of technical and financial estimates. He is involved in process optimization, standardization of work methods and project feasibility analysis, while ensuring compliance with technical requirements, costs and schedules. Recognized for his mastery of industrial processes and his analytical approach, he contributes directly to operational performance and the quality of deliverables.

Étienne Rousseau

Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Operations, Étienne, along with his team of project managers, ensures the planning, coordination and monitoring of site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical requirements. Recently appointed to this position, he relies on solid experience as a project manager, and then project director. His engineering background allows him to bring rigorous technical analysis and structured management to operations.

Alexandre Verette

Director of Maintenance

Maintenance Director and Asset Manager within Groupe PMI, where he stands out for his expertise in structuring industrial maintenance, equipment reliability and large-scale industrial project management. He currently leads several maintenance cells deployed across Quebec, contributing to the optimization of operations for numerous industrial clients. Throughout his career, Alexandre has held strategic roles across Canada and the United States, working in diverse sectors such as petrochemicals, research and high-volume industrial production. He has spearheaded major transformations of maintenance departments, implemented structured preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs, and led complex projects including the modernization, decommissioning and relocation of industrial assets. Recognized for his field-oriented approach, Alexandre relies on a combination of operational rigor and technical leadership to deliver concrete results: improved equipment reliability, secured operations, cost control and team mobilization.
