Job Description

Under the supervision of the IT Director, the programmer-analyst will have to carry out the development of computer applications based on Microsoft “.NET” technologies as well as the development of Microsoft SQL Server databases. The programmer-analyst will support various existing applications and will also develop new applications for internal use. From time to time, the programmer-analyst will also be required to lend a hand to internal IT support to perform various maintenance tasks, PC configuration, support for cell phone use, etc.


Principales responsabilités
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft “.NET” technology applications (Winform, ASP.NET, etc.);
  • Develop and maintain databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Access, etc.);
  • Develop and optimize activities related to internal applications;
  • Ensure the quality of the programming by carrying out the necessary tests;
  • Write the documentation relating to the IT solutions developed;
  • Train users on the tools developed;
  • Actively respond to user questions;
  • Participate in development discussions and share development ideas with the IT team;
  • Support the IT Director in his projects as well as the other members of the team in technical aspects.
Job requirement
  • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelors’ Degree (BAC) in computer science - programming.

  • 2 years as a programmer-analyst and be passionate about the field;Développement d’applications de bureau (Winform, WPF, etc.);

  • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelors’ Degree (BAC) in computer science - programming.
  • Development of desktop applications (Winform, WPF, etc.);
  • Web application development (ASP.NET MVC);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (development);
  • Proficiency with the Office suite and VBA development;
  • Experience with the DevExpress suite (an asset);
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint (an asset).
